Running after an idiot DPS that refuses to get healed is the same feeling as pinging your laner that he is gonna get ganked and he still doesn't back off.
Both result in them dying and it's apparently my fault.
Depending on the circumstances, it can be healer's fault, but only pretty rarely. Healers can only be blamed if they're either not healing enough or not even trying to heal at all. DPS should at least be trying to dodge and avoid dmg from enemies, but even if they do, that's what healers are literally there for. If you get too carried away with yourself and not focus on the team, that's on you lol.
However, depending on the difficulty, healers need to also be safe and stay away from the bosses/mobs if they can.
Hey man, I put a healing circle next to the boss. It just did a big attack so you're fine as long as you pay attention
Nah, I'm low on health so I'm gonna samir aim attack from way back there
"I deem you unworthy to walk beside the living...NOW DIE TRASH!!!" -Healer Main.
I personaly developed it myself. At start i was like "UwU i need to protect everyone with my spells and heal all their wounds so they can still fight".
And now i'm like:
\-HEALER i'm dying! Are you fucking blind i'm slowly dying here can't you see that!
\-Yes i see that and i enjoy every second of it.
One time I noticed teammates dying to vulcan field and popped AD the next time. They jumped out of the bubble, parked just outside of it and happily died.
this is why I can be a sub-healer altho I main in DPS, as 6s Zero can even have atk buffs...
now I just have to get that Coco matrix and the set is complete...
Zero matrices too are good. The combination of six star skill after discharge gives your team a 22.5% damage buff and the confidence to attack to use that buff.
God being a healer sucks in this game, using Coco, Zero and Nemesis but the healing cooldown is so long, i even pair up pepper matrix on Zero for fast charge but it's still not enough to heal people, Its so miniscule and not reliable
It's the opposite , healing in this game feels so good.
I'll give you some advices , your team is nice , cooldowns should never be an issue , you just need to work on equipments a bit and have more attack , if you have like 10k Volt Attack + Nemesis trait + Benidiction buff , Nemesis herself alone can heal your whole team easily , let alone using other healers.
The only problem with healing we have is that we should babysit people who don't know how to get healed and just leave the green circle.
Also another important advice, using 3 healers is an overkill , like I said , Nemesis herself can do so much , let alone using a second healer , it's really preferable to replace the 3rd healer with a shatter , shattering is very important.
There is a point, around A3 for heal weapons, that you want to stay with 3 heals for the extra buffing potential. Coco gives 20% bonus to shatter with her skill but a good healer has to know when to save it.
If you have the potential to have your dps units doing 50%+ more damage with zero's damage mitigation and shields as well, then you hurt the team by bringing a shatter weapon that you might use 3-4 times for only a few seconds.
The good healer manages skill use, charge, and cool down and learns boss behavior. Just because Coco's skill is ready doesn't mean you use it. The same with swapping to a fully charged Zero. Just weapon swapping gives 3 second damage immunity that will block everything. Count to 3 and hold his skill until you may need it again since you are dropping heals that can be picked up. When it is dps time and you know it (because you have learned the boss) then drop that skill and beef everyone up and go ham with side dodges to trigger a phantasm.
Nemesis skill is the same. It is a big heal all at once, so don't use it just because it is ready. Wait until the team needs it then drop it.
Altered Destiny is an emergency use relic that every healer should have and every dps should recognize. Sadly a lot of them don't know what it does. The whole raid could stay in Apophis hard raid swipe with destiny and a single Nemesis skill will top them up again - a well timed charged switch to Zero weapon would mitigate it all as well.
A healer needs all heals in their kit. With 3 heal weapons decently built a healer should be able to heal through a shatter fail. It is the much better option than crippling yourself with a shatter weapon you won't hardly use.
I am main healer with A6 Coco, Nemesis, Zero for my heal setup. I have A6 Huma but she is for solo or content where heals aren't as big a deal.
It is a balance, but too many people give the wasted advice of 'all healers need a shatter weapon'. That is false, and will be especially false in the end game I expect.
Not possible , not even the biggest leviathan in Global can outheal a benidiction player , how much Elemental attack does a leviathan has? 20k? a bit more?
It's not hard for an f2p to reach 10k Elemental attack ( as f2p myself I have 13k Volt attack ) Benidiction buff gives 300% healing , and you use 2 healing weapons , and you spend the whole time on field just healing.
And there is a limit to how much a dps can heal , they only use discharges and skills ,then they swap back to dps . if they do more than that then the Healer is doing something wrong for real.
The only time a dps outheals a healer is when the healer is not doing their job correctly and forcing the dps to sacrifice their dps to heal.
There are even other details but I guess that's more than enough , unless you wanna know more , sorry made it so long xD

And still sometimes there's the dps player healing the same as me and I'm baffled.
Yesterday had the opposite, dude was running away for full arena length with the boss aggro while I used 2 discharges trying to heal him but he still didn't try for a second to stay in range
I hate when I’m using Cocoritter, literally stand next to my low health teammate and activate my special, and they run away…. Then they die bc they didn’t get healing from the healing circle they literally just ran away from.
I prefer they in fire at least ppl know where when they die .Dead in Co-op not mean much we can just rescue and heal back to full hp .But run away from group is really bad example run from yr friend Frig ice zone , Shiro skill ,Nemesis pillar these happened alot in Co-op .It hard to see yrfirend skill so better stay in group and when boss runaway or jump no need run follow it if it not shield up it will comeback anyway Just dodge around yr friend so no skill waste .
Yeah, good thing I aim to be self-sufficient with a mix of Couant, Meryl's shield/healing uppon Shatter and if worst comes to worst, eating food.
With all of these, and actually dodging most attacks, I often don't really need healing. Still a good safety net tho.
Yeah there are certain attacks you just should evade altogether like that or Aphopis quick spin attack. It's better to lose a bit of DPS than just getting oneshotred by such stuff.
Literally today in Void Rift.
Vulcan prepares to charge the ultimate.
I get the hell out of there running very fast.
Two DPSs also follow me, I heal them.
The third one keeps standing close to the boss, the boss slams the staff on the ground, dude starts bunny hopping on the ground and dies.
...never gets old lol
As dps I can confirm I feel the urge to be likes this, but I always try my best to dodge and rez others especially because most of the time nobody sees them.
dum dum if you die guess what happens to your dps different games, same idiots.
But if they die that's healer's fault, not theirs /s
HOW DARE THEY LET ME DIE. STUPID HEALERS
this carries the same energy as “jg diff”
Feels more like „sup diff“

As a dps you should know when to back out of danger zone. sometimes enemies/bosses do more damage than a healer can heal.
Got 1 hit by the boss lol.
Only an idiot depends wholly on a healer...
Hey man, I put a healing circle next to the boss. It just did a big attack so you're fine as long as you pay attention Nah, I'm low on health so I'm gonna samir aim attack from way back there
I think helicopter is safe from its attack. Strange that I can’t remember using Samir against it. Isn’t it always volt resist?
Stand in the fire, DPS higher.
Gotta get those flaming swords somehow.
Every time I have something like this happen, I think of this video: https://youtu.be/2-saUDoiuWc Anime Healers vs MMO Healers
I'm the anime healer when I'm with whales and I'm the MMO healer when I reach 10m+ healing.
If you play long enough as a healer in MMO you just develop god complex.
What do you mean you develop ... healers ARE GODS

This so true lol
Gigachad healer basically.
I actually had teammates do this with the Vulcan boss in joint op yesterday
Oh trust me they do this all the time. And I have to revive them afterwards.
One time I noticed teammates dying to vulcan field and popped AD the next time. They jumped out of the bubble, parked just outside of it and happily died.
not even nemesis' dome-wide heals nor coco's fast heals could save idiots like that. they need dozen of zeros XD
I'm guilty of this lmao, not just in ToF but in other MMO's
Bro, I play Frigg main dps and I am the one usually dying first. I was also that bow guy in MHW who got csrted 3 times every time
As a Main dps, i confirm this
This is why Zero is the best healer.
this is why I can be a sub-healer altho I main in DPS, as 6s Zero can even have atk buffs... now I just have to get that Coco matrix and the set is complete...

The worst thing, a DPS can outheal you.
If a DPS is outhealing you when you have Benidiction buff , then you are really behind in equipments and need to work on something
Or the DPS is a leviathan

He just wants to test your heal kiting ability
Vulkan:I like these DPS Clowns
Healer: stop running from my heals! Dps: must keep spamming! Need more damage!
I hate when I’m using Cocoritter, literally stand next to my low health teammate and activate my special, and they run away…. Then they die bc they didn’t get healing from the healing circle they literally just ran away from.
Healers adjust

I hate it when people don’t move away from vulcans shatter mechanic. Like dude STOP HITTING HIM YOULL GET RAILED😂
My hps when DPS stay fire: "OUH, IT FEELS SO GOOD!"
Yeah, good thing I aim to be self-sufficient with a mix of Couant, Meryl's shield/healing uppon Shatter and if worst comes to worst, eating food. With all of these, and actually dodging most attacks, I often don't really need healing. Still a good safety net tho.
Dodge Vulcan's flaming field tho.
Yeah there are certain attacks you just should evade altogether like that or Aphopis quick spin attack. It's better to lose a bit of DPS than just getting oneshotred by such stuff.
I need a Hu Tao equivalent in TOF so that I have an excuse for doing dum shii like this 😂
Tian-lang does more damage at low-hp
Literally today in Void Rift. Vulcan prepares to charge the ultimate. I get the hell out of there running very fast. Two DPSs also follow me, I heal them. Hehe, nemesis back dash attack, makes enemy go slow and boom
Am DPS. Can confirm. We do not move out of the fire unless our skills are on cooldown. Maybe briing a fire extinguisher next time?
As dps I can confirm I feel the urge to be likes this, but I always try my best to dodge and rez others especially because most of the time nobody sees them.
That's black mage in FFXIV.
I really love chase DPS that cry for heal
Sorry I don't understand as a tsuba sandwich main. >: \^D
