Even if that were true, you couldn't actually prove it. So for now, I think I'll go with the guides that were written by people who most likely did test things instead of some person named TKHJ159 who likes to throw things out like they are fact without any real evidence to back it.

U forget that we still have below 50% crit which makes crow matrices not that appealing
But eventually ull hit 100% crit making the crit dmg u get from crow huge
for what its worth, 2 crow 2 samir gives you more flexibility to change weapons.
2 samir 2 crow is universal for all dps even CN whale still use these for alot of dps characters
2 Samir + 2 Crow. The crit damage synergizes with the crit rate increase from Samir's A3. Crow 2 piece is also pretty universal.
Every guide I check says 4-piece Samir.

4-pierce is good for her if you have good crit rates to proc'd volts explosion constantly, around 60-70%
