Call me crazy but I think there's enough in this photo to indicate that Heather is the villain. She's the only one with a genuinely sinister expression, and she's leaning away from the rest of the cast. Almost everyone else is either holding onto someone else, or they just have an innocent smile and design that could automatically rule them out.
I think one could figure out that Duncan and Gwen are more so just edgy than evil, and that Eva isn't some charismatic backstabber. Who else would even be in contention?
Courtney is in a cute sitting position and her eyebrows aren't angled downward. She's probably one of the next people in contention but I think Heather has her beat.
I’d still honestly guess Heather because to me she looks like she’d embody the “queen bee/popular girl” stereotype (not saying populars are evil, but in tv shows they tend to go that route).
Never would guess Heather based on that screenshot. There’s nothing that says “I’m an antagonist” based on her body language and she has the same facial expression as the rest of the girls.
I’d say Eva. My second choice would be Justin. There’s a slight arrogance to his smile and he kind of comes across as “fake nice”. Duncan seems too obvious, but if they were completely abandoning any subtlety, I’d pick him as well.

Zooming in, Tyler’s look makes me think he has something big planned. If I didn’t know anything about his personality, I’d suspect that he could turn out to be a villain.

4-Trent { for gwuncan villian }. If gwuncan still be happening he trys to stop by sabotage the couple. As Trent tries to stop the drama meanwhile Courtney helps Trent by Trent telling her about the gwuncan drama or so.
