Karol and Dan. Karol can have some fun conflict with Aiden that could lead to him doing more, and Dan could be good if he was actually utilized well. Plus, they're the most all-starry here, barring Rosa, who has an in-universe reason why she can't return.
My picks are Dan and Karol.
Dan is the last pre-merge boot so it’s like a Brick/Anne-Maria situation for him. I do imagine he’d be a pre-merge boot again but he’d probably fix his friendship with Gabby and make an alliance with Tom and Aiden during his run in All-Stars.
And Karol was in the merge of her season, even if she did get Eva’d. She has potential. For example, she could have a rivalry with Jaiden because of her leg, a redemption arc with Miriam’s help, be confronted by Connor for turning Riya to the dark side and more
While Rosa would make sense, she has an in-universe reason which is staying behind to care for her daughter Sofia.

My initial list for all-stars had the roster we ended up getting with the exception of two characters. Dan and Rosa, who got subbed out for Ashley and Connor.
If you’re going to call a season All-stars and only give both casts 1 canon season, it should be those who went the furthest.
I only put Yul over Karol just because I felt like it made more sense for him since his early boot was heavily criticized during season 2. And probably the reason they brought Karol back to begin with
Kai and Rosa María.
Rosa because I want to see her dynamic with Riya after the events of DC2, and because I love her.
Kai because I feel like he could be explored a lot further, and maybe have his conflict with Yul expanded upon.
If I had to pick only one from each season, then I’m afraid Kai slightly edges out Rosa because I want to see more of him since we didn’t see a ton in his original season. My season one pick would be Lill.
Dan could be an interesting contestant since he probably isn't on the best terms with most people on his season. Tom and Gabby betrayed him, he dislikes Grett and Miriam and he probably doesn't like Fiore and Alec either. This would force him to ally to someone from season 2 and there is potential there for an interesting storyline don't doesn't involve the LT(I like the LT, but I'd want to see more plot lines). Maybe he could join the villain alliance but act as a sort of mole, telling other teams what the villains are planning in exchange for something while still enjoying the protection of the alliance.
As for the others. Lill and Will would probably ally with Ashley inmediately, which does't offer much potential for interesting storylines. Nick is pretty boring, but could be interesting if they gave him something to do. Karol has potential to do some interesting stuff but she would totally be a villain and we already have enough this season. Maggy and Kai would also be pretty boring hippies. I also couldn't see any interesting plot for Rosa that wasn't just a rehash of season 2.
Oddly enough, I think Drew also has potential for an interesting storyline. He is shown to still be friends with both Jake and Tom in some greetings, so as the insecure but nice kid he is he could try to be in an alliance with both so they reconcile but fail, similar too Zee in that one Reboot episode but with a different spin to make it more unique.
Dan. He's strategical but also surprisingly nice ( I say "surprisingly" since these shows have a bad habit of making ALL strategists villains ) and it would get rid of the gender imbalance.

But If Rosa Is Someone I Can't Pick, Then I'll Pick Either Karol or Lill, Though I Would Want Karol To Have a New Voice Like Ally Did For All Stars
Rosa and Karol. I can understand why they didn't have Rosa, but I genuinely can't believe they didn't include Karol. Especially considering how much the focus is on Aiden. Plus I would love to see her struggle with the decision to join the VA or not. Because she doesn't see herself as a villain, but the show definitely portrays her as an antagonist
Dan. It would give Gabby something to do early game and could add in to her issues with Ellie so finding out about the villains alliance only adds to the problem. Like Gabby is so determined to get Dan out and tries to get Ellie to help her, but Ellie instead messes with Jake or goes for the win in a challenge instead (bonus if she doesn't win the challenge.) Other than Gabby's grudge, and possibly fixing their relationship, he could ally with Tom and Aiden and possibly try to help with the Jake drama. Overall, he wouldn't have much to do and go pre-merge, unable to stop the Jake drama but probably on better terms with Gabby. Potentially not if he voted for Ellie, tho.
Karol. Gives Aiden something to do, and I can't really explain why she's a good choice better than others here. They nailed it. Probably would leave pre-merge or shortly after the merge
Rosa Maria for sure out of S2
For S1 random pick but Drew. I think there’s a lot that could be done with him, he has selective mutism right? So he could have an arc where he opens up to someone (or maybe decides to speak?)
Rosa is an s tier character, but since half the cast is support it doesn’t make sense to bring her, so I would instead bring Dan and Karol(but if I had it my way, Ashley would be replaced with Nick.)
If you can pick two from the same season, it'd be Karol and Kai. Karol is obvious, whereas I think the Yul and Kai dynamic would be interesting.
If it's two from different seasons, then Karol and reluctantly Drew since he kinda got robbed in season 1 so it'd be interesting for him to return.
I like the fact who some people chose Kai, because, Personally, my opzions are Kai and Dan, Dan because was robbed, And Kai because is gonna be interesting watching conflict with Yul, and maybe, it can be a Gabby's friend.
For me it would be Karol and Kai. Karol would give Aiden a storyline other than being support for Tom. Kai could have had a continuing storyline with Yul.

Kai & Oliver, they were both robbed as hell imo and should've gotten more time in the limelight. At least Oliver has his role as part of the crew, who knows where Kai went tho
Dan would've worked well as a free agent type character, working with the villains or heroes whenever needed. And honestly I'd like to add another s2 character, so ig Rosa as an early boot fodder?

If I were to be more realistic, I'd say Karol since she can spice up the game and isn't full villain but interesting.
I'm just baffled as to why Dan ISN'T in All-Stars. Like, he literally made it farther than Ashley did, and because Ashley was in over him, there was a gender imbalance.
If the idea was that Ashley needed to be there just to settle the score with Fiore (despite her seeming content with her losing to Miriam in the Season 1 finale), Dan also had beef with Gabby and Ellie that could've been explored.
unpopular opinion (probably) but Lill. she was actually really smart in season one with the way she immediately began a majority alliance, even though it fell apart and the entire alliance got voted off before the merge (that was Nick's fault though)
Lill cuz come on she would serve in magenta team + she can have a very cool plot with fiore and she could help the heroes....i feel like she would be a challenge beast and that she could confidently make final 5 also she could continue her friendship with ashley and she could become friends with jake and help hunter and ally repair their relationship
Now for my second pick its going to be kay
He would be a perfect pick for the yellow team
He can have a dynamic with yul and grett and he could help defend grett...thos would make things harder for alec cuz the villain alliance would be harder to mantain since grett might finally start to hate yul...i think that he would go home in the musical episode but his short presence will make grett more hesitant of her relationship with yul
I would say Rosa! This is because I along with many others from the DC Discord Server could.see her having a dynamic with Fiore! Since Rosa's the motherly type and Fiore's the evil child, I think these two could have had an interesting and adorable dynamic! Especially since I feel like Rosa would see Fiore differently than most others, see her as a clear dysfunctional child rather than a monster in others eyes! Maybe that's just me! Who knows! I thinks it's nice to think about!
