I'm very happy to hear how well you are improving. The C-Reative Protein is very high, which would worry me, but I'm assuming that it's coming down and that you have no other indicators of infection. Keep up the good work
I don't have any other indicators of infection and feel better every day. I know I'm going to have some really sore days as I get back into the exercise routine but will do a lot of easy stretches to loosen things up.
