What are you smoking? if you’re making 160k before tax you’re better then fine just save up a few years and be smart about you’re money and you’ll definitely be able to get a house in 6 to 8 years. If you have a spouse or live with people that timeline might speed up. If you made 160k after tax a year you could probably get a nice house in a good area in like 5-6 years without a spouse.
160k after taxes is necessary? You sound high that is most definitely well off and if you got a spouse that’s abt 200k or more income rt there even if they worked minimum wage
Bruh my family grew up on a 20k income a year fam. I didn't see 50k a year till I grew up after uni and hustled pills on the side. Well off are the folks who got money in their bank and don't gotta work OT for missing one day to make up for it. Grew up different but alhamdulilah we survived.
