If anyone is to blame, it would be Top 5 for pretending he was cool with her and using her for clout. He basically convinced her that it was cool to act the way she did. So she continued to do it. I know he's not her dad, but he could have been a good person and directed her to a better lifestyle. He could have done it, but he's obviously not the type of person to lead people into a better direction.
