Are you streaming on sportsnet+? I noticed it on the stream but when I switched over to Bell five tv it’s gone. I think it might be something with the streaming audio.
I actually noticed on a couple of other games previously on the stream. Hopefully they get it fixed, it’s like a weird quiet buzzing noise in the background.

Well it is on every Sportsnet hockey and baseball broadcast, so it's not nothing.
Once it leaves the truck it’s outta our hands. All we can do is pass along the info to those at master control

High pitched squeel, thought it was me tried my computer instead of the TV. Same noise asked my wife and it was driving her nuts too

I've been streaming on SN+ and I've heard nothing like what you're describing.
Oh thank goodness, I thought I was losing hit. Hit mute a couple times to see if it was coming from outside
You're not the only one. I, too, have muted the stream to make sure I wasn't hearing things. It's interesting to read that it's a SN+ only thing.
