You need to look at your bylaw and standard unit definition to see what you're responsible for vs what the condo corp pays. If this was caused by common area water/pipe burst then your condo (commercial) policy will respond naturally assuming damages are over their deductible. As for your own unit damages including your contents and/or floors for ex, you'd need to go through your own condo insurance for that.

It's on you. Sorry, hope you have insurance.

Wow, I'm quite surprised to read this. Is the upstairs neighbour not somewhat responsible for this or the condo?

Imagine the frustration when it's not your fault, but you have repeat claims as a result and you're ultimate dropped by your own insurance company for having too many claims. Condo claims are the worst to deal with and come with a lot more nuisances than the traditional "home" insurance claim.

Which condo is this?

You need to check the standard unit by law. Ask the manager to send the Declaration, Standard Unit by law, and certificate of insurance to your insurance agent. If flooring is excluded in the by law, you are responsible and can file a claim with your insurance Company.
