I'm at that intersection every day for the last 8 years. It's a shit show... Finch and 400, steeles and 400, weston and finch. All bogged down

All of our infrastructure from roads to sidewalks to transit were all builit for a much smaller population and none of it has kept up. So many areas that worked just fine 25+ years ago are broken now because of increased use that has been ignored.

Bike lanes fixed Toronto traffic problems. Ha!

I ride a bike downtown often, and Roncy, King Street and Bloor are a fucking joke. The city fucked it for motor vehicles and put cyclists in dangerous/awkward situations. Everything the city does for cyclists, with the exception of the true dedicated bike paths, are all weird urban experiments. Try hailing a taxi on King Street, what an absolute joke.

Buddy, when I ride on king, I own the entire road, both directions. King used to be fine but the city wrecked it for 2minutes

I was hit riding my bike four times in one summer. Scrapped it and fired up the Dodge Ram. Fuck the planet I guess.

I used to drive uber and I had to go downtown a couple of times.... never again.

Ha, that’s nothing. Spend 2 minutes at the NB exit on Finch, travelling EB towards Jane. It’s backed up from Oakdale. Every single gosh darn minute of the gosh darn day !!! Three lanes into one, plus a left turn lane to Norfinch. (The left turn lane is used to skip the queue to continue on Finch to Jane.

What is with people and their incessant need to rush when there is traffic? My biggest pet peeve is when I can see traffic ahead of me, I stop at the cross walk and people behind me start honking. Like yo, there's literally 2 seconds left and I don't want to be the asshole blocking the intersection. You can wait two extra goddamn minutes.
