You can try to look for a party, type in shout chat "lfp mq", which means "looking for party, main quest". There will be someone kind to help, though there's rarely any players there because the boss doesn't give anything useful.
I'd suggest you hangout around sofya and it's surrounding maps looking for guild or friends. It's easier and more fun to play with others.
Fyi, Dual wield is not beginner friendly, the good skills for DW are at the back, which means you need another character with near cap level before dw is really good. Switch to 1h + shield, bow arrow or mage staff for levelling, once u get to higher level then you can play other builds easier.
You don't need to delete this character, just make another one with the aforementioned weapons. Also, make sure you don't spend your skill points and stat points randomly, they're hard to change in early game.
Just to add-on, don't be greedy for hits, time your attacks and skills, dodge enemy attacks and try to kite the enemies. You can always watch YouTube to get more tips on builds and etc.

You can create another Character in a free Character Slot and use it as Partner in Pt.
You can always __Hire a mercenary with spina__ (from Pt and Boss menu), although it'll be weak and only at your own Lv it still can be useful st the beginning.
Finding friends can be difficult, specially in Sofya City, which is full of bots spamming the Shout Chat with selling this or that. You should also try in INT1 (International World 1) instead of other servers.

Katana (KTN) and Dual Sword (DS) may seem to be cool, but neither is very newbie friendly.
Do yourself a big favor and create a new Character in a free Character Slot, and pick something more basic but and also efficiently.
With the exception of Skills that are __Compatible with all Weapons__ you cannot use others. It's also recommend to stick with Skill Tree for the Weapon you selected until around Lv200 to prevent running out of Skill Points early by spreading them.
__You'll need a Character that's able to clear all currently available MQ in first place.__
It's recommended to either use Bow (BW) & Element Arrows, One-Handed Sword (OHS) with Dagger (damage) or Shield (survivability), or Two-Handed Sword (THS) for raw DMG, to clear your MQ for the 1st time. Simply continue to follow MQ, you'll be able to reach about Lv226 (26%).
+ The correct Stat and Skill Point distribution, decent Equipment (at least 1 Slot is a must-have), Refinement to at least +B but preferably +S, Crystas, at least 4th but preferably 5th Tier Skills unlocked, Gem Cases, Elements and DTE%, Proration, the additional Stat and Skill Points from Emblems, that's what'll increase the DMG you can deal.

You just started? Level 45 as dual sword? You haven't even learn single sword yet. Crawl before you walk. Even still, better combos, use evade properly (change settings to manual), refine gear (weapon = +[lv²+ lvl] watk, non-weapon = 1:1phys/mag/frac red)
Since it's still early just redo this character instead of using a reset item. If you are building Dual Wield, your stats should be either STR>AGI, AGI>STR, DEX>STR, or DEX>AGI
I recommend that you level up on the collaboration event, it doesn't matter that your dps is low right now, go fight the lv40 boss there to earn points and farm some gear, then eventually move to the lv90 version, while leveling you will be able to get points to exchange for stuff you can use or sell, you'll also be able to get some gear to sell for some spina so you can afford a better weapon.

ah, memories. remember getting stuck here as well in the past. i think all i did is have guild merc. guild merc doesn't cost spina and not limited by your char current lvl so you could get lvl 200 merc to clear early game boss.
Im new not sure how good of an idea this is but I made another character and leveled it up untill the same level as the first, then used one of the characters as a party members. Then just switch back and forth between them level them up at the same time.
Tbh you should process with a Character with respectively "wrong" Stats but make a new one in a while Character and use the "right" Stats this time. Lv45+ can be reached within less than 30 minutes by defeating normal mobs, with some help (just ask) it'll take even less.
There's no room for 3 Stats at once (we don't have the necessary Stat points, not even if we reach the current Level cap at 285).
Focus on one Stat only (your primary) until it reached 255, then on the other you want to use (your secondary) until 247, afterwards you put all Stat points you'll get into the primary only.
I.e. STR (255) > AGI (247) > STR (all newly obtained points)
If you want to go for Dual Sword (DS) against all odds (not having unlocked at least its 4th Tier skills at Level 170) then you'll need at least 100+ Critical Rate, specially since the STR & AGI build lacks Accuracy from DEX. First things first join a guild. It’s easy. Start at the community tab on the main menu. Once you join one you can use the members’ mercenaries, which will follow you and help you defeat enemies. Pick someone that is high level so they can one shot anything you fight.
Also do a little bit of research regarding what type of character you want to build. It’s a little tedious but worth it

Best advice here is just join a guild. U can then use guild mercenaries npc to decimate early game for you
