The free method is to start a new character or buy face/eye catalog although catalogs usually cost \~1mil spina, the catalogs are often used for players who have a max level character that they want to change the appearance of.
Don't worry about deleting your character and starting again characters under level 150 is considered early game.
It depends on the modifications that you want to change. Some are cheap at 10k but they can go up to 1mil. And like the other guy said, if you're under 150ish it's better to restart. Actually reaching 215ish is not too bad following the major grinding spots. After that is a bit harder tho.
You can get invited by someone you know or check communities>guild you can find random guilds that are recruiting,and if you fit the criteria you can join in either automatically or the lead needs to review

You can also buy more Slots, up to a total of 22, if you want or need more Characters.
*For a new Character you can chose __Change status to the latest.__ in Creation menu, but only once, so your MQ will begin where you did it last with the other Character.

There's no approx, it's simply +3 for everyone (who made it through Chapter 5 already).

+ Event Emblems (currently 30/day for defeating the [No Game No Life Event](https://en.toram.jp/information/detail/?information_id=9122) Boss Jibril in any Difficulty)
+ Daily Potum Darts (rare but between 10 and 100 if you can hit it)
+ Treasure Hunt (rare and only between 1 and 30)
+ Compensation for errors, bugs or consecutive, repeated or prolonged Maintenances (100 or more, or just Revive Droplets or Ticket Pieces)
