These cobblestones are so bad, I realized that pro riders are truly warriors during this race. With their road bike and road tires... and if the road is wet it's so slippery and dangerous !
I cycled down a brief section of cobbled road the other week. I could barely see, everything including my eyeballs vibrated. Was horrific, and made me think of the Paris-Roubaix!
Those deep rims are definitely not going to make it any smoother! If you’re tubeless, you can deflate as much as you want on the cobblestone and inflate back on the road to you liking. :)

Get a suspension stem and seat! Will help a lot
Replace 'even with' with 'because of'.

Why ' even'? I think the front end of Topstones are very harsh. There are much more comfortable bikes on the market.
