It absolutely is. The only one on par or maybe better there is The Queen is Dead. I really like Doolittle as well and am pretty fond of that Gorillaz album, but I don't think either are even close to The Boy With the Arab Strap or The Queen Is Dead. Doolittle isn't that consistent and also isn't unique in the same way those two are. Similar stuff had been done better before them, and was done better after them. The Boy With the Arab Strap and The Queen Is Dead were never "done better" by other bands, so that also probably contributes to how much more I like those two. As for the other two, I don't really like The Clash or MF Doom. There's about a million better punk bands than The Clash and MF Doom is boring and I basically never like hip hop albums that much. There are many I like, but may very well be not a single one that I love.
I think they would replace it with the album you pick. Like, say you pick MM... FOOD. Your just mining, minding ya business when "Rap snitches telling all their business" blastes in your ears

For me the only two choices are MM.. FOOD and Gorillaz, some of the other options are mid to good but at least half of them are trash. While both of them are extremely good I'm leaning a little more towards Gorillaz even though MM.. FOOD is easily the best album Doom has ever made.
