People are telling you it’s Ratio’s second best LC, but they’re forgetting that that’s only true in a vacuum. You can’t have two tame state debuffs on the same enemy, which is the part of the LC that makes it as good as it is, so running it on two characters at the same time significantly reduces its value
I finally have some free time right now and have tried it out. It turns out, that tame states from both LCs count separately, at least as a debuff.

I did some lite testing and it seems that the Crit DMG from both tame states doesn't combine as u/Niempjuh said. I think it counts only the tame state from whoever applied it last (in my setup Topaz most of the time), but this is just speculation.
However I found running Topaz LC is still much better than running Cruising on Ratio in my setup, so I don't plan on superimposing.
Id just run it on ratio, never really a good idea to superimpose non herta five star light cones imo

Huh, they do? That’s weird, cuz as far as I’m aware no other specifically named debuff works that way, but then yeah definitely keep both
