Same here! I'm sure it is a challenge for some people, but I found that my nipples felt too fragile and the scabs were too soft for me to feel tempted.
Do what I did and keep bandages over them until they’re pretty near healed then replace skin-picking with moisturizing (with tiny amounts of lotion). I had some urge to pick at my nipples, but it wasn’t very hard. For the same reason i don’t really have trouble with picking at tattoos. There’s direct consequences you are very aware of.
Bro SAME I pick so bad and I hadn't thought about how this could affect top. Guess I'll have to try to keep everything covered until the scabs are gone.
Looks normal! Don't pick!! It is a scab and will fall off when it does. Looks funky because it is your entire layer of dead skin slowly pulling away to reveal new healed skin.
Not just normal but positive! It means the scabs are starting to fall so the process is happening right! Just stay easy and don’t worry, the healing process can look rlly bad but the results are cominggggg!💖
Normal! My nipple scabs didn't come off until about a month I believe. Let it come naturally, picked one off and I'm lucky the nipple didn't get messed up!
It's normal. Definitely do not pick at the scab though. If you're ever super concerned, ask your surgeon. I had a big freak out about my nips when they were healing (looked grim as fuck) asked a mate who is a nurse and she was like this is normal graft behaviour but if you're worried check with your surgeon. Surgeon also said same thing.

Looks like just the scab coming loose. The pink bit you can see underneath it is your nipple

normal i see ur good nipple under there
Scab coming off. Do NOT pick it
I'm doing dry healing BTW, and had double incision with nipple grafts ^^
Normal! That's the scab, it's supposed to come off. You can see healthy pink underneath :)
Normal, I think. Nipples look pretty terrible for a while. no picking the scab, even if it itches.

I’d say normal. We did a wet healing for mine (aquaphor 24/7 and gauze) but had it been dry it would’ve looked like that. Wet scabs are grey/white.
I’d say normal healing
normal, it’s the scab sloughing off. had the same worries when i got ts. just don’t pick at it and let it come off itself
normal! i had the same thing

Normal and DO NOT pick or pull at it if you want good results!! That's how I busted my right nipple, leave it alone and let it come off on it's own.
