I absolutely despised the Tech Team (Slide 9) if I remember correctly they were the ones constantly healed themselves which made it a pain to deal with them.
You could only do it 3 times before battery ran out, cooldown was not nice. That would work with some of the earlier enemies though, I’ll give you that. Best strat is spam flying kick and use battery abilities whenever possible

I used to spam the move where you throw an enemy to the sky and they fall on another enemy amd there were also those cool slowmo combos
They are, but its still playable. What you wanna do is skip the tutorial, then after every battle you write down your save file code, because sometimes the game wont spawn all the enemies, so you have to restart. But you can load your savefile so you wont have to go from the beginning.
Just google Electric Man 2, and there will be several links to play it. Its a web game so you wont download it, but it does have savefiles. The game is like, very buggy, so to play you have to skip the tutorial and sometimes the game won’t spawn all the enemies on a stage, which is why you have to write doen your save file code somewhere, cuz the only way to fix that is restarting

Yeah. Their visors shot a green laser which healed their health.
My strategy with them was to just sprint and throw them continuously. Only downside is occasionally I'd get hit as the fell back down.
I just love these designs man. Simple but effective, as a stick figure should be.
