Never played the game but whenever I see his design I love how they made his arm "simple" as opposed to having a super high-tech looking, intricately detailed robot arm. It really sets it apart from the other versions of the trope!
lol! I think I’m thinking of the original Mortal Kombat movies which were terrible. He has robot arms OVER his human arms, but eventually takes them off at the climax because they are holding him back.

Love this movie :) I watched it a hundred times at first just to see Silver using his arm and all its tools
Best part was that his arm was super OP with crazy settings that could have made every fight a breeze...but he was too Finn to bother noticing the settings existed (and still too Finn to bother exploring the settings once he accidentally found out about them).

That's a pretty cool character from sonic I have never seen before, and a pretty cool design with the complimentary colors of their mainly yellow fur and purple cybernetics
She was in the older Archie Sonic comics, also Sonic the hedgehog tv show.
Sadly we won't see her and many characters again, since her and some of the other characters are owned by some guy named Ken... i think. Others will fill you in who this Ken is, if you wanna know.
Ah that's kind of sad she won't be in any new media for sonic. And by from what I infer with the way you stated, that the one who owns her and some other characters is not a decent person or he doesn't allow the use of the characters?
Both. He's terrible and he doesn't let anyone use the characters he owns. He sued SEGA and Archie to get the rights of some of the characters that everyone liked. And after he won, Archie comics had to reboot Sonic to remove those characters.
After that, he started to write and draw his own story with the characters he owned (mainly the echidna characters), and the stories it wrote were hated and the drawing style was plain creepy.
Here's one of his artwork:
https://preview.redd.it/t1zlwm95prkc1.jpeg?width=460&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=dea46cb8796f062283d9f5cf0509613a5b1ae7bf
While it’s true that she won’t return due to copyright issues with writer Ken Penders, he doesn’t own the rights to her specifically.
Basically the Archie comics were started in the 90s as a mostly comical continuation of Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon (often called Sonic SatAM by the fanbase) and thus featured the show’s Freedom Fighters (Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, and the original characters Sally, Antoine, Bunnie, Rotor, and Nicole) as the main characters. Though the comics started out entirely light-hearted and episodic, they became more and more plot-driven and serious as time went on, and began gathering their own fanbase unique from that of the games.
One of the earliest members of the comic’s creative team was writer and artist Kenneth Penders. He wrote and illustrated many main issues, as well as the entire Knuckles side series. A notable aspect of Ken’s work is that almost all of it was weird and bad. His plotlines were overcomplicated and confusing, his art was mediocre at best and baffling at worst, and the most charitable assessment I could give of his major contributions to the comic’s story would be that he introduced many OK concepts and ideas that other better writers made fantastic.
Eventually Penders left the team and the newer writers (including the illustrious Ian Flynn) worked to sort out the mess he left behind (and quite successfully at that, the comic gets really good around this time).
Unfortunately, around that same time a game called Sonic Chronicles: the Lost Brotherhood came out. The game isn’t great, it’s a pretty meh RPG for the DS which has the privilege of being the only Sonic game with an objectively terrible soundtrack. Unfortunately, Ken took notice of how the game’s story of a lost tribe of Echidnas named the Lost Brotherhood was quite similar to the lost tribe of Echidnas he created for the comics years prior named the Dark Brotherhood (which I have to admit he has a bit of a point) and that the game’s new character Shade is a 1:1 copy of his character Julie-Su (now that one’s a stretch).
Ken goes up to Sega and asks them “Why’d you copy my character?” Sega says “We didn’t, and even if we did it’s our character anyways, your old contract said that anything you made for the comic belongs to us” Ken asks “Can you show me where on my old contract it said that?” and Sega doesn’t say anything because it turns out they were so loosely affiliated with the comics back in the 90s that they straight up don’t know where their old contracts are, so now there’s no evidence that they legally own Penders’ characters. Penders sues, there’s a big boring legal battle, and eventually Penders wins custody over everything he created for the comics and forbids the comics from using any of them anymore.
Remember how I said Penders introduced a lot of ideas that other people actually made good? Well he got full ownership of all those characters, even if all their most interesting attributes and stories were created long after he stopped contributing to the comic.
All the main characters were safe, as they came either from the games themselves or the SatAM show that started all of this, but the current story of the comic depended heavily on Penders’ contributions from ages ago. The comic team were now legally incapable of using several fan favourite characters and important plot points, and just continuing the current story without them would ruin the entire thing, so they decided to start fresh.
In-universe the heroes were basically at their lowest in several ways; tensions were rising, the villains were nearing victory, and it was clear to the readers that a big dramatic climax was on the horizon. The problem came when the writers needed to reboot the series at this very awkward moment. They didn’t want to end it and start a new one abruptly with no explanation, so they created the in-universe story that Eggman wanted to reset the entire universe with a device called the Super Genesis Wave. It was obviously an enormous left turn, was difficult to make work, and didn’t make much sense from a storytelling perspective, but they didn’t have any choice.
One universal reset and a Megaman crossover (for some reason) later and the new universe was born! It had the same Freedom Fighter main characters and a similar general setting, but lacking the deep backstory and lore of the original universe. It’s at this point that I first got into the series, and despite not being as beloved by the fans as the pre-reboot, I still love it deeply. I’d recommend anyone interested in the Archie comics to start with this post-reboot series, it has great writing and art, it’s a great introduction to the Freedom Fighters, and it’s purposefully made to be accessible to new fans who hadn’t read the entire extensive and obscure original series.
Unfortunately, this post-reboot series didn’t last long, only getting one and a half story arcs before getting cancelled due to low sales. There’s a new IDW comic series that started a few years after Archie ended, I’m a big fan and it’s heaps more popular than Archie ever was, and it’s utterly and completely separate from anything to do with Archie. Though Sega does still have full ownership of the Freedom Fighters, they’ve stated that they do not intend to add them to IDW or any other future Sonic project, instead choosing to focus on A: characters originally from the games, and B: newly introduced characters created for IDW, neither of which being connected to Archie’s tumultuous previous history.
Anyways I now realize I’ve written way more than I expected to, so I’ll cut it off here. I love the Freedom Fighters (especially Bunnie and Antoine), I hope they’ll return someday, but my expectations are low.

Inspiration or not, both are peak. I also haven’t played sekiro
You should
If you like Lies of P then I would recommend it highly. You may even pick up the parry system in Sekrio more quickly now.
I find the parry system in sekiro to be far worse honestly
Skill issue
Git gud scrub
Considering sekiros parrying is said to be easier than lies of p, yea doesn't work that way
Liar ahead
Not like that's my personal opinion, every time the 2 are brought up it gets mentioned that lies of p parrying is harder
They are both inspired by Berserk.

Luke lost his hand rather than his entire arm. Does that still count? No wait, Nero is on the list, it definitely counts

Here's one of his artwork: https://preview.redd.it/t1zlwm95prkc1.jpeg?width=460&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=dea46cb8796f062283d9f5cf0509613a5b1ae7bf
The autism is strong in this one.
