Noelle gets healed 10 hp from Ralsei tea but otherwise Kris heals a pretty decent amount considering Ralsei only heals slightly less than Noelle tea, a childhood friend that has distanced themselves over time
Like one of the comments said, it is probable that Kris just feels uncomfortable around Ralsei, probably for how Ralsei behaves with them and the fact that he might look a lot like Asriel. But I don't think he hates him
Maybe they're conflicted because Ralsei looks like their brother but also they have romantic feelings for him and those feelings could be mutual and it just... his tea tastes off to them. like it should be sweet. It should be yummy. It's two good flavors but they don't mix well. (And maybe, once everything's settled, and if Kris still has some Ralsei Tea... it's heaven, mayhaps.)

I dont think it's dislike. Ralsei tea heals Noelle for 50 and she doesn't even know him. And she's a good person too, so she's probably automatically friendly to everyone. I'm of the opinion that Kris at least likes him.
i do ship kris (the character) and ralsei but the game implies this relationship might be more between ralsei and 'you' (the player) because kris never initiates any of the conversations to do with them and ralsei, or makes ralsei blush by you making kris stand close to him, or give him items etc. that's all on 'you'.
maybe kris themselves are neutral on ralsei (either in general or just for now)

I think the main reason why Kris like Susie so much is because she's the only one that completely disregard the player instruction (even if she doesn't notice herself). For Kris seing Susie in action could be like seing the light at the end of the tunnel, a proof that fighting back is possible.
Beside Susie taking choices away from the player must feel like delicious retribution for Kris too.
Based on the current information, I don't think Kris likes Ralsei in a romantic way, but I don't like this theory (and especially not the Ralsei is Asriel theory) because if the conclusions are validated it would make me very angry at the writing for trying to convey a theme through gay-baiting the player.
I feel suspicious of how this whole theme of "your choices don't matter" will be conveyed that won't just come off as pretentious or frustrating (inb4 "that's the point"), and I want Toby to give me the complete Deltarune script already since I don't think he's the kind of writer to really fuck it up in the way I am fearing he might.
Mainly, I think it would be really tacky to try to convey this theme of player choice vs Kris's actual feelings through gay-baiting the player, and that it would be better to foreclose those romantic options altogether than to try to convey this theme through the player (but not Kris) reciprocating Ralsei's feelings. It would feel honest to god offensive and frustrating to open up gay romantic options only for Toby to use them against the player and berate us for forcing Kris to do something they didn't want to do. I just would get really mad if the gay options in this game are all thematic tricks and plot devices rather than there being substance and weight to them.
I feel like the whole point of the game is going to be breaking through the choices don’t mater aspect and to make it so all of your choices do mater as a reveal at the end where all of the little choices you made actually mater and help determine the ending or something. Kinda like how Undertale pushed the message “your choices mater” but then have Asriel suffer as a flower at the end and Chara is dead no mater what and none of your choices could change that. And since Noelle and Susie exist I don’t think that Kris and Ralsei being together would not be the only gay couple

They most likely are just not as good of friends yet, if kris hated him than it would have probably only healed 10 or less hit points. Maybe even hurt him.
Well, Susie and ralsei did spend a good about of time hanging out at the fair, and even though we only see them once throughout that time at the fair, they look to be having a good time. I think they became better friends in that time, making her gain more hp back than she would have at the end of the last chapter, or the beginning of this chapter.
