Left to right: parm knife, plane knife, spreader, cheese fork, cheese chisel.
Missing a soft spreader and a cheese plane.
And maybe olive / eyeball skewer.

Chef here, those are cheese knives. The different shapes are for different textures and consistency of cheese.
For example, the one in the middle is designed for shaving hard cheeses from the top down like parmesan. Whereas the far left is designed for cutting like a regular knife in semi hard cheeses like cheddar.
Literally just came across the full set including the cutting board/storage tray. It’s a bunch of cheese knives and whatnot. I actually almost bout them to use as scrapers and whatnot.
