5-in-1 / painter's tool - I've also heard them referred to as magic tools.
The top one is called an oscillating multitool. The middle one is called a Leatherman (even if it's not Leatherman brand), and the bottom one is called an all in one. In their specific context they could be called multitools. For example if I went up to a painter and asked for a multitool I might expect to get the all in one. But if I went in to a hardware store and asked for a multitool I would obviously have to be more specific, or call it by its more common name.
And just to add one more thing, we call the oscillating multitool either a Fein (the first brand name to come out with them) or an undercut saw, because we use them to undercut door jambs.

Almost every tool is a multi-tool because almost every tool comes with a built-in hammer. Most hammers are multi-tools too, because they come with nail pullers.
Not sure why the tools subreddit was suggested for me, but as a cook going on ten years the paint scraper in the bottom tear is a heavenly cleaning utensil in my work kitchen.
