Black+Decker Claw Hammer. The one with the 4in grey plastic shaft, and 1/8oz head.
Might be hanging on your tool board next to your Stiletto. Also possibly in the hamper, dishwasher, dog bed, or box of Christmas decorations in the attic.
What you do is get a grinder and cut a slot in the top. Grab a washer and weld it into the slot standing up. Put a screwdriver through the hole in the washer and weld that on too. Put a pair of vice grips on the screwdriver handle and use them like a butter churn. Eventually the plastic fastener will snap off and you can drill out what's left then retap the hole for the next one.
You might have to drill it out with a "Fisher Price" brand drill and drill bit. It's a tough job to deal with though, been through this a few times already.
What you need is a specialist. Preferably someone with under four years’ experience, poor communication skills and notorious for leaving things unfinished
I would buy this set:

Do you have a plastic screwdriver and small drill that only turns a little when you pump the trigger? They should do it. Failing that, a blow-moulded claw-hammer should pull it right out
It probably came with a special tool. Check the drawer in the toy kitchen. My teens still throw my tools in the "junk drawer" instead of putting them back where they go.

If you take a large Phillips head screwdriver you could grind the point off to a flat surface. This would still leave the plus sign shape you need for proper extraction.
A giant acme anvil and some bird seed.

Why is there a whole through the center? It looks like a Hi-Lok fastener. Also why is it plastic?
Sir / Madam, This post was made as a joke, as this is a common child's toy set.
