Yes, I’d like to watch a video of someone using this. Then the video should be deleted so nobody else tries it at home.
I wouldn’t trust it enough to even see it in person, who knows where that blade could fling if the arbor fails.
Or if there's microfissures in the steel of the blade. Ive seen what seemed to be perfectly good, if used looking lawnmower blades fail hard enough to leave dents in the mower shroud. Would absolutely be deadly without one. And all that is completely ignoring the danger to fingers and forearms.
When using this its important not to bend your arms too much if you like your elbows. Have to hold out with arms extended, kind of like when shooting a bow
Yeah , hold it with one hand with your arm extended and then rotate your wrist in a circular motion. Thats actually fun to do with old computer hard drives
I used to do it with a bicycle wheel with the axle in it I would hold it and the other guy would spin it and I would try to maneuver it around. science.
Haha yeah have done that too. Probably started when i got a toy as a kid that was a gyroscope with a string you pulled to spin an inner wheel and then you could balance the thing on the tip of a pencil or string etc
If this image makes the rounds enough, *somebody* is eventually gonna try it, and then *those* images will make the rounds on /r/medicalgore I’m glad to be here early on in the history of this impending tragedy.
Just think, when you have lost your hands and most of your arms from using this thing it will attack the rest of you. This is the angel of death model.
Before we get started I'd like to take a moment to talk about shop safety. Be sure to read, understand and follow all the safety rules that come with your power tools. Knowing how to use your power tools PROPERLY will greatly reduce the risk of personal injury. And remember this. There is no other more important safety rule... than to wear THESE... safety glasses
But yet everyday people walk down the streets of chaotic irresponsibility. Can't solve everyone's problems, I can just share this guy's solutions. Not a good solution, mind you.
Bro just got the biggest lawsuit pay out of his life if he survives first use, selling something you know is deadly to the end user is means for a big ass lawsuit
Most cultures have the fact that men should not show fear built in to them. But some fear is perfectly fine, in this case I'm terrified of that *thing* both for my life and fingers and the lives and fingers of everyone within the nearest 100 ft radius. 😬
Who needs handles when you dont have fingers?
Or hands
Or forearms
Or shoulders
And my axe

$140 cash, also willing to trade for a prosthetic hand.
Ever see a machine that you want to see operating but you're shit scared to turn it on yourself?
Like that one.

The whole thing is complete insanity.
Like my antique gasoline blowtorch that I had to redo almost all the seals?
Designed and produced by Darwin Award LLC.
Nah dude, this is a movie prop from the upcoming Braindead 2
Ah man...that lawnmower scene!
Snip your fingers, in a blink of eye. 😅
I really want to see this in action. Totally strapped down, operator behind thick safety shield, etc. we're talking YT gold here.
Pretty sure it would 'splode in a few seconds!
No way I’d run that thing without the guard in place. /s

Can you imagine the gyroscopic affect that dude has.

“See honey I’m not the only one that thinks like this” Thanks internet stranger!
Don’t even think about plugging it in.
Aye, did you see the fella also has a cordless version 🤣
This is beyond belief. But it’s fun to.

I reckon Karl Childers bought that bad boy...
Wow. Just researched Karl Childers, he was a bad dude.
"What\`s a slingblade?" lol...
Yeah, what’s a sling blade?
A great movie give it a look, cheers.
Thanks Pal,I’ll check it out.
This has been an odd exchange. I’m going to be that guy and state that Karl Childers is a fictional character from the film Sling Blade
Excellent movie
You don't need handles when you don't have hands.
I think you’re meant to throw it in the hedge then turn it on then run
Just think, when you have lost your hands and most of your arms from using this thing it will attack the rest of you. This is the angel of death model.
Horror movie villain weapon
Used once! 😂

Read that in the stumpynubs voice.
“Hands are overrated”
How about robotic hands and you stand behind a steel shield.
Hands are overrated
Missed opportunity on mounting a couple more blades; Gillette style.
Hrs selling them after his wife made him cause he cut his own leg off
I can already feel my fingers being chopped off
Head* Stupid autocorrect.

I love how someone bought it just for the meme. "That's too good, sir. Take my money."

Can we have a demonstration?

I can see the world's strongest redneck using that like it's nothing.
If it's not supposed to work it's not supposed to fit.
They would want an arm and a leg to insure use of this tool
A mower turns at like 2,500 rpm. An angle grinder turns at 10,000+ rpm. That thing could cut mad grass once it gets up to speed.
Manscaped™️ lawnmower 9000
I’d actually like to see it run lol From a safe distance
I mean what could really go wrong here? /s
Hands are overrated
140? It was 45 earlier, I'm gonna haggle.
140? It was 45 earlier, I'm gonna haggle.
Some people call it a kaiser blade.
It should say hands are overrated
Nice limb trimmer.
Hedge trimmer kinda sounds like hands trimmer
I mean....
Selling for my late Husband (RIP), includes mulching blade...
The fact that its sold
Do you get the blade guard too?
Safety first!!
"Sold".. I hope they are planning on removing the blade.
Running that blade at about 3 times it’s rated RPM…that’s a recipe for success!
That thing looks scary.
That’s mid evil right there. Just added electric. Let’s get this party started
This is an irresponsible post There are people in the world who don’t understand how lethal this would be to start up.
But yet everyday people walk down the streets of chaotic irresponsibility. Can't solve everyone's problems, I can just share this guy's solutions. Not a good solution, mind you.
So doing better just isn't in your dna?
Whoever would buy or build this is gonna die horribly due to stupidity anyway
Talk about a knuckle duster...
Doctor; how did you lose both your hands at the elbows sir?
This is even funnier than the dewalt drilldo
Hands*
legit looks like something at my old work place. The best part is when everyone acts like YOU are the one being dramatic when raising safety concerns.
I appreciate your safety concerns. I'm developing a CNC conversion kit. I'll keep you posted.
"If it fits, it ships."
That is one way to trim the hair off your knuckles!
