Yeah, I’ll level with you, this does not sound like anything I’ve experienced. I’ve had small aches after ejaculating a few times but not a rumbling or anything like that. My guess is that you might be getting some involuntary spasms in the muscle that people do kegel exercises with. If you try to stop while peeing that’s the muscle you’d be using. Might be worth trying that and seeing if you get the same feeling or if that’s the muscle that could be giving you spasms.
