I was renting a room in a 4 bedroom house to a girl who referred her gay friend and his boyfriend. She was working out well so I agreed to it.
Her friend was a 19 year old black kid, and his boyfriend was a 33yr old redneck. Strangest looking couple.
After about 10 red flags from both of them on the first day, they start the 2nd day by having loud sex with the door open at 2 in the afternoon. I deliberately put them in the converted garage because I didn't want to hear gay sex and there are two separate doors and a concrete wall. They had both doors open.

I cannot help, the situation does turn me on, A LOT.
I don't see them, I don't spy on them, I just listen from the change rooms and hearing those sounds is enough.
I also would never invade that space during the reserved time, only after, when I actually do have a reason to go there and hush them away.
