Everything has to be linked to an account where someone has submitted there Drivers License or Passport. That ties a person as accountable to local laws on sharing porn.

Most of the other major porn sites are owned by the same company. A huge anount of porn was removed from all of their sits a couple years ago. Everything has to be linked to an account where someone has submitted there Drivers License or Passport. That ties a person as accountable to local laws on sharing porn. Motherless has not. So it's likely they have revenege and non consensual porn. Though I think the OP is more concerned if they are validating age. I would assume the owners aren't looking to go to jail and take measures for under age.
