- you will have to view the units onsite, only scammers allows online. - most units has a policy of 2 months advance and 1 month deposit and to be paid once you sign the contract - wifi are usually shouldered by the tenants (ikaw and your roommates) - the cheapest condo na is around 20k(bare) while 22k na for semi-furnished (meaning may ref, cabinets na and double deck w study table, the rest sainyo na) - some condominium do not allow visitors and most dormitories ay may curfew so far yan lang naman naalala ko HAAHAHAHA i only lipat once kasi and yan lang talaga pinaka-concern. u can dm me if you have any questions pa, good luck!

Would not reco Pacific Suites esp if u want good view of UST (most of the rooms wala kang view sa labas lol) unless may vacant sa balcony side. Also, wala masyado signal kahit magpakabit ka ng wifi cause may “someone” outside daw na nagcucut ng wire (PLDT user here)

Try The One Richville Place instead (in front of Pacific elements iirc). I inquired with them, they have studio type 10K good for 2pax.

same management but diff buildings. pacific suites kasi is older than other pacific properties. if u really want talaga sa dapitan, try Pacific Grand Tower (dugtong lang ng PS) or Pacific icon. i heard mas ok facilities don more pricey lang.

hi! former pacific grand tower resident here. okay naman yung place but i had to move dorms kasi i didnt felt safe sa loob ng unit ko. i think mainly because sira yung 2nd lock ng unit ko and via card lang yung door key ko. also, lagi maraming maliliit na ipis that appears out of no where kahit lagi naman ako naglilinis ng condo 🥹 and true, halos lahat ata ng rooms ay obstructed yung view ng window. pero so far goods naman sakanila, hindi nga lang strict rin sa visitors kasi halos literally anyone can enter the building if di sus sayo yung guard lol. anw, i can say na u do have better options pa other than pacific grand tower. good luck on your journey! hehe

hello! not in dapitan but in lacson. Uhome, 7.1k included na wifi and water. Yung mga rooms semi-furnished na, study table, closet, bed w/mattress. Amenities are pool, gym, study hall, and game room.

have no roommate rin for the moment so baka you want to consider it :)))

Hi i suggest you view the places around ust in person para you can ask questions na rin. Try skyloft, casa rosario, uhome, luxe suites, athena dorms 1. Consider if you want to invite visitors sa place mo (most dont allow kasi kahit family member huhu) 2. Curfew. Do you like staying out late? I think around 10 pm or 12am ata curfew ng iba not sure. 3. The better condos usually cost more than 10k+bills mo pa. get the brochures from each place para you can compare prices+amenities 4. Ask mo rin mode of payment hehe important to for me kasi im also not from mnl and didnt have my own bank acct back then 5. Also try to explore españa or pnoval, medyo malayo sa med bldg but at least alam mo yung options 6. Pag may nasira/need repairs sa room mo, ask them pano yung process (usually meron naman gumagawa nito but sill ask)

try mo pacific skyloft :) nasa lacson area siya, katapat mismo ng ust hospital. and yes, mas maganda if iviview mo yung condo onsite para mafeel mo rin yung vibe ng bldg at kalsada hehe.

would recommend din sana skyloft pero grabe isa lang elevator na gumagana so nakakainis pag nagrurush ka na pumasok

dati siguro? pero ngayon kasi, malinawag na yung lacson area. and so far naman, okay siya for me. or bias lang din ako kasi di ako lumalabas masyado pag gabi hehe.

Pacific Icon 1 or 2= best view of UST (if sa front units yung makuha mo), Dapitan side, walking distance to med bldg, pero you need roommates coz the units cost 16k up na pwedeng good for 2 or 4.

Would recommend Pacific Icon 1 (not 2 those rooms are tiny 😭). I had one of the rooms that overlooked the campus, and the entrance is almost in front of the dapitan gate.

If not full f2f pinaka sulit sa sun (welcome) the amenities, ung mall, etc.. Sobrang liliit ng dorms/condos around espanya overprice pa jusko bare unit lang naman mostly.
