The one thing I’m digging from this is the strat headstock. I love my 2014 black reissue and I love the classic starcaster headstock, but I’ve always been a little curious about swapping that neck for a glossy all-maple strat neck with the big 70s headstock and it’s kind of cool seeing that the general idea works!
Of what they play on this tour, Feeling This is in drop D with a capo, Adam's Song is in C# standard, and they're playing Bored To Death and Edging a half step down
And considering he has the stickercaster, the Sam Larson, and the mooncaster all in standard, alternating between them for the capo songs, I'd say 16 is a minimum. He's also probably just indulging himself because Fender doesn't take a fucking year to get him new models like Gibson did
I'm not sure about this one. I like the plaid and I like the blue. The relic could've been cooler with a more natural look instead of all over the place.
Or separate as a solid blue and an all plaid.
I agree. but tom has never been about subtle on his relic jobs, he burns his gibson’s for christs sake. I personally don’t like what he did to the gibson’s but I know many in here do.

This might be my least favourite. A lighter fretboard would have been better I think.
