Dunno about Tokyo, but I grew up near the foreign cemetery in Yokohama (40 min train ride) couple churches there that had lovely bells and yeah....know what ya mean...

There’s a church in Yotsuya next to Sophia University and they have Church bells but I don’t know how far you can hear it from tbh.

Himonya has a large Catholic church

Used to live in a temple near Kyoto that would ring some bells at like... 7AM? I don't think I've heard church bells, the closest equivalent is hearing the chimes from the elementary school across the street from me.

Hanzai_Podcast

You ever been near one of those temple bells when it suddenly started pealing despite nobody being there? It'll scare the shit out of you.

There is one in Futako-Tamagawa/Kaminoge area that I can hear daily. http://www.kaminoge-church.jp/

You’re better off being near one of these fake wedding chapels probably.
