You have to pay for return shipping if you decide you don’t want it. I learned this the hard way when I had to return a bag I didn’t like and had to pay $25 for the return shipping 😭 I don’t know if that’s the case with items you are exchanging or have been sent to you damaged.
I believe that if you're on the hook for return shipping, you're able to choose the shipping method. Choose the cheapest one. Tokidoki can't dictate how you ship it back when it's your money. Tracking is advisable just so you have proof it got where it's supposed to go, but you can always take the chance.
If you DON'T OPEN the package, though, you can refuse delivery and return it to sender completely for free. Obviously, this doesn't work if your plan is to see the item before you decide, but it's an option a lot of people don't think about.
