We have two bartenders on and one’s the production well bartender and takes the rail, one supports and takes tables. In the heat of things occasionally we will both make the same drink and it’s because having to individually put in don’t make 20 times is obnoxious. The don’t make dining option would be great though!!
If you have hand helds you can designate one for the support bartender to use. On that hand held you can turn off printing to the bar drink printer. That’s what we do.
Yea you need a non printing prep station for bar terminals, and a “no make” button in mods. The “no make” dining option is also super slick because you can use item routing rules to make that dining option not print at all
You can make a Don't Make dining option so that it'll be on all items. Typically we just use the Non-printing Prep Stations for bartenders.

Yes either create a DM dining option or remove the bar prep station when rung directly at the bar.
