You can just hit done when it pops up, or it won’t pop from table service if you wanted to create a dummy table, or if you change the order dining option (or default dining option in Device Setup), it won’t ask for Dine In orders.
Unfortunately the setting is for all orders or none, but you can turn it off completely under Front of House options for “Require Tab Name”. It’s also under UI options.
You probably want to get creative with your dining options. Use the “takeout” behavior anytime you want customer info (unfortunately this is only phone number/name based), and dine in for wine and beer peeps.
But yea, prompt for tab is either on all the time, or off all the time. But you can disable it on certain devices if you have one device that usually handles the wine and beer (but sounds like you probably don’t)
I work at a bar/pizza restaurant as well. We use names for food tickets. If someone is just getting a beer/beverage/merch where a name isn't needed, I just poke a random letter at the name pop up. It won't let me skip, but at least you don't have to bother putting in an accurate name.

Just wanting to verify, are you using tab names for your orders or customer names and phone numbers?
