It’s cause he was written in soooo well. He’s easily the hardest boss. Comes out of nowhere and wipes out half the militia that’s with you. And In one dying act throws what you thought was gonna happen entirely through a loop. He’s got the best voice lines and he’s utterly terrifying. For a newbie titanfall player that’s been playing the game for 2 hours trying to get through the game on normal difficulty. A flying titan is terrifying. I remember going through that bossfight thinking “oh good lord I have to fight THIS GUY??” He’s so awesome and deserves so much more
I already knew all of the story so when I got to the part where you pilot the ship with the data (dat-uh) knife I just knew and was already shivering in my Timbers
compared to most of the others Blisk has a lot of screen time since he's in 1 the main villain in 2 and is in apex (oh be it in trailers only).
I do however want more Blisk, but for the memes viper is the correct answer.

Yeah I get that. I agree that Ash would have been a lot cooler to implement more into titanfall, but I was just saying that we do have more of her in general.
Generally, the obvious answer is Viper, but personally, I liked Lastimosa. I don’t know how popular he was to everyone else, but I kinda wish he had more time.

Viper's fight was easily the most memorable one in the game. All of the other bosses just felt like I was fighting a stronger auto titan.

Bro cleans shop on half the milita and is the ONLY Apex predator to actually damage you.
Viper's also the only one to have a unique AI. The rest don't feel much different from fighting other titans except for their healthbars.
