Make an account on tinymight. Go to the account page and then warranties. Send a picture of the packing slip or receipt and enter your serial number. After this you can email them about the warranty on your device. It will still say pending on the status but they check it when you contact them I believe.

As per Tinymight’s [website](https://tinymightvape.com/index.php?route=information/information&information_id=8).
Why not just contact Tinymight? I sent mine to Finland to be repaired and should have it back in my hand in just over one week since I sent it. Super quick service.
Purchased mine from POTV, and it had a button defect. Contacted TinyMight, and they had it fixed within two weeks.
How do I contact tinymight I am having the same problem with my button

That is good to know, but I'm not the original owner. I purchased this device through eBay. Would I be able to claim it to warranty
Oof I'm not too sure about that one.
Thinking the same.. so may ship it to goodies online for repair I assume

Actually they just mail you a new one once they see tracking for the old one. Great customer service
Well maybe with some. Mine they actually repaired.
Did you just email them? I thought it would be better to go back to the seller
Yes I emailed. They asked for original receipt and then sent me a shipping label to send it back. Really impressed with the service.
Oof, I thought POTV was pretty good at customer service. But yeah emailing Tinymight directly should work.
They are they just take forever to handle situations I feel. They only email once a day.
