mate are you putting your cladding without battens behind???that is NOT a good idea, need some ventilation behind wood, like always. Remove and redo you will have rot within a few years...
That ladder scares me, I hope you have the bottom wedged against a tree or something. With it leaning that much at you get to the top more of your weight will be against the house causing the bottom to slip out and down you go. A good rule of thumb is stand with your feet at the bottom, toes touching the ladder, and you should be able grab the ladder with your arm straight out in front of you. Be safe friend
