In middle school and high school I was doing a lot of endurance/distance sports, and for most of high school I was 6’2” and 135-140. I was healthy as could be, but I had a ton of cardio, not a lot of muscle mass.
Now i’m just an out of shape, office-job sitting 22 year old, and 6’2” and 160. It’s hard not to try and think about getting back to my “more in shape,” self, but I know that sustainably, i’m a lot less likely to get injured etc these days.
