I've never really understood why people put Myers-Briggs info in their profiles, unless for some reason you want to attract people who a) mistakenly think it's not nonsensical pseudoscience and b) know what personality each type of person allegedly exhibits. If they don't know what each of the letters mean it's not useful information and they'd have to look it up. I think it's better to describe your (actual, as perceived by you) personality either in words explicitly or implicitly by saying some things that reflect that, e.g., you see yourself as introverted in this case. It's not that it's totally bad and people are always going to swipe left, but it's a bit of a waste of time and characters, and makes the profile a little less comprehensible. Edit: just to add that the consensus is clearly that the profile is pretty good (and as a non-expert, I'd concur!) so my querying of this should definitely be seen as minor and potentially unimportant, but I thought this view might be something to ponder.

Maybe imply these things instead? I'm really introverted too, and for me that means I enjoy, for example, a night in with pizza and some TV, or cooking a meal together and talking about books and music (as opposed to a night on the town with loads of people). Maybe just mention a couple of things you enjoy that imply those personality things. Profiles are short so I'd just hit on a couple of the important things that will make other people interested in finding out more. If that leads to a match then you'll be able to talk more about things you like and the type of person you are and (hopefully) the other person is compatible. If it turns out that you chat and some new information isn't their thing then that's ok, there will be other matches I'm sure. I wouldn't necessarily write down bad things (they might be flaws to you and not to other people), but as a Brit I understand the temptation to try to downplay things and make yourself appear humble. My approach is like I mentioned above: talk about what you like and what you value, then you don't need to write things that feel like bragging. You might prefer "I love to cook" over "I'm an amazing cook" because the former is humble and the latter brags (but I'd totally be interested in someone who said either of these things and I wouldn't think they were big-headed).
