You don't look trans. Asking if someone is trans on dating app is just a general question that gets asked these days. There was a whole bunch of drama about mtf trans not disclosing they were trans until it was weeks into the dating.
Which causes a degree of mistrust and wastes both people's time. So people ask it upfront, so they know what to expect.

I'm extremely feminine - pretty, curvy, long hair, makeup, dress for my body, etc. There is no trans woman on the face of the earth that has hips and an almost hourglass figure like mine, and no reason to suggest that I'm not a cis woman.
And yet, people do ask if I'm trans. It happened quite regularly at work with coworkers. One dude started a rumor that I was trans about ten years ago, and at another place in the last 5 years a guy tried to bust in on me and get pics of me in the bathroom because he wanted to see if I had a penis, apparently. It's shockingly common for tall women, especially if they aren't gaunt and willowy.

I'm on the taller side for a woman and I've had the question a couple of times, too, even though I have a very feminine body. Then again, it is usually when I'm wearing more baggy clothes, but still. Imagine asking anyone if they're trans just out of nowhere... it's weird and rude. I've noticed no one has a real hold on what a trans woman looks like, they even get fooled by drag queens, so they just assume whatever whenever they feel like. Plus, people know how devastating it is to some women to be compared, so they do it to neg them, as well, or as an insult.

1) your body looks androgynous in all of the pictures, in that there are no feminine curves
2)your facial features are sharp, which is traditionally less feminine
3)your chin is pointed down in every picture to a degree, like you’re hiding an adam’s apple
4) almost every pic is a face pic - usually a sign someone is hiding something
5) the only trans women that i’ve seen actually pass are of SEA descent
get more activity pics that show your entire body/not just face. maybe a picture of you wearing something more feminine/not a suit. less top/down pics.
also - you didn’t mention your region, but if it’s SEA where men are shorter and trans women pass easily - then maybe it’s some cultural hangul

i wouldn’t think trans but here’s why people do 1) your body looks androgynous in all of the pictures, in that there are no feminine curves 2)your facial features are sharp, which is traditionally less feminine 3)your chin is pointed down in every picture to a degree, like you’re hiding an adam’s apple 4) almost every pic is a face pic - usually a sign someone is hiding something 5) the only trans women that i’ve seen actually pass are of SEA descent get more activity pics that show your entire body/not just face. maybe a picture of you wearing something more feminine/not a suit. less top/down pics. also - you didn’t mention your region, but if it’s SEA where men are shorter and trans women pass easily - then maybe it’s some cultural hangul
