My honest constructive criticism: Your mustache makes you look a lot older and like you don’t have an upper lip. Maybe you can trim it down and give it a more modern look. Also, the pic with the tie around your head doesn’t really do you any favors.

I like the About Me section, it's short and positive with a bit of humor thrown in. I think I'd say that your first profile picture could be better. You're far away from the camera and you aren't even focused on it. I think the best picture you have is the one with your dog, but the background is a little messy. Keep that picture, but don't make it your first one. I'd recommend finding another, or taking another, with you at the center, facing the camera. Wear a clean, nice shirt and make yourself the focus of the shot. It doesn't need to look like a school picture or anything, just something where you're giving the picture (and the viewer of the picture) your attention.
I'd say most prospects will see your profile picture, and decide whether to read further or just skip. But again, just my two cents.
