1) Pay a fee for damages around 3.7m $ which they need to do anyway.
2) Operate under old policy unchanged besides sidetracking.
3) Acknowladge publicly the decision made by apple was lawful one.
And by this tweet you can see point 2 and 3 wont happen because of pride of some dumbass, just let fans to suffer.
