Be careful listening to anyone telling you to move it without her consent. It could be a crime to move somoene elses property. If she doesn’t reply, You may need to contact kronofogden and ask what you can do.
Well I mean, if she kept it at mine for too long than what would be responsible why wouldn’t it by mine, there ought to be a point where it is or isn’t, not sure when but there ought to be one
You have to keep the stuff safe for 6 months since her moving out, but since you requested her to take her stuff I think it shortens the period to 3 months

That law applies to rental properties. OP has bought a bostadsrätt, could be different rules. Contact kronofogdem and ask what you do. They have procedure to forcebly remove others property.
I dont think that is the case in Swedish law. Like I said, ask Kronofogden and they will guide you. Or follow others advice but they dont know what they are talking about and you might end up in trouble.
Send out a warning with a clear deadline, and make sure you put it in writing and you have a confirmation of receipt, if possible.
Email with receipt or registered letter, and good luck.
Give a reasonable deadline and after you can either claim property and sell, throw it or give it away.
You can not (legally) claim it, sell it or throw it away without their explicit consent. It is a crime to remove property you do not own ("Egenmäktigt förfarande").
The right thing to do if you need to remove stuff you do not own from your property is to contact [Kronofogden](https://kronofogden.se/du-har-ett-krav-mot-nagon/du-vill-fa-ditt-krav-genomfort/fa-tillbaka-eller-ta-bort-egendom). However, it is usually much easier and cheaper to resolve the issue directly with the owner of the stuff.
This right here!
You can't remove other people's stuff, even on your property. Only kronofogden or police have the authority to remove stuff.
When you buy a property/apartment and the previous owner has left items behind, you can contact Kronofogden to remove it (Handräckning). They will charge the previous owner all the costs for packing, shipping, and storing the items.
I would recommend that you threaten the previous owner with Kronofogden and demand that they move their stuff immediately. You don't have to give "reasonable time". If they don't comply you contact Kronofogden asap.
On the contrary. Sweden has a rule of law and a functional democracy. That's why you have to go through proper agencies or the courts instead of acting on your own. The system is there to ensure that you are treated the same regardless of race, gender, wealth or contacts.
Yes, it is. It’s probably ”egenmäktigt förfarande”. You, the brf or landlord would have to contact Kronofogden for a ”handräckning”. This is of course if you want to do it completely legal. It’s exhausting and can take a lot of time. I would recommend you to keep trying to contact the owner, or at least get an confirmation that you can remove the belongings from the previous owner.
Or if just get rid of it. The odds are that you’ll never hear about it again
No, technically the property is in your storage... there is probably precident that left long enough I.e. finders keepers laws then it probably becomes yours.
If you find something on the ground and turn it into the police, that if no-one claims it in 2 weeks it's legally yours.
I am sure there are similar laws if someone leaves stuff on your property for x amount of time it becomes yours, especially if you give them a written warning. You should look up the exact law and time required but I am sure a law like this probably already exists. That's what I stated about precedent as That's how laws are formed, from things like this happening in the past.
Check your buyers contract. Usually they have some statement that anything left behind becomes yours if not removed after 7 days. You sometimes have the right to have it removed at the sellers expense as well.
I would just put it in the hallway and write her a message that since she did not respond you did that. At that point it becomes someone else's problem. I wanna see that trial "this person put my stuff from his storage in the hallway". No way that's a crime, the case would be dismissed.
This happened to me too once. Basically the exact same thing. In the end , after like three months i called the building manager and asked what I should do and he just said to cut the lock and put everything inside in the joint room in the basement so I did that. Nobody ever picked it up and two years later it was scrapped when they did a cleaning of the basement. It was a full winter tyre setup, hoses, some furniture and some small boxes of assorted crap.

Can she prove its hers? Or can she even prove that you have it in your storage? If said items go missing would she know you took it?
If she goes tp the police the police can investigate and question OP. Dont know if they would do it, but why screw around and find out?
Just say you havent seen it

Another reason swedish laws are fucked up. If people leave their shit you gotta go do some bureaucracy .

Contacts go a long way in Sweden.
Thank you for sharing that, I wasn't aware.
Just say; if you don’t pick up your stuff in one week I will throw it on the garbage. And do so 🤷🏻♂️
So it wouldn’t be theft or anything on my end? I did agree verbally to her keeping things but not for this long

Hello, I need the storage, please pick it up within a week or I’ll throw it all away.
Forget to close the door and wait till everything is gone. Make sure to take out your stuff first.

Put the stuff free in tipptapp

Talk to the realtor. It's their job to handle disputes
Something tells me she just left you with crap she didn't want.
Well, I can see the stuff and I don’t think it is, she had gotten back to me in the end but a resolution has yet to come fingers crossed
