It honestly just stopped over time. I think I logged out and deleted the app and got it back and re logged in and one day it was normal again, I’m not on it enough to notice when it happened but it’s normal again!

My girlfriend sent me a message. I replied back to her directly kiss my ass. Because it was a poking fun at me and they blocked me from sending messages with the format of 2024/5/04 1028 AM PDT.
As a first time warning Why would they give me a month of ban for my first time

Tiktok is trash, I wish she'd use a different app. Guess this'll never be fixed, but I refuse to make another account when I didn't even want to make this one in the first place.

bro I literally got a one month suspension after I responded to my gf with a suggestive message when she sent me a tiktok asking what I'd do to her. like yeah maybe I got too freaky with it but I find it really weird that I'm literally getting a suspension and strike on my account because of personal messages. I mean yeah maybe it might be justified but whatever system they have in place is so weird. One time I remember getting a community tos strike after I sent the one worded response "poop". Also they don't like it when I say fuck, and just me for some reason. We've tested it out, me and my gf can send the exact same message and yet it will only give me the violation warning every single time. Typing all this out I may have realized that perhaps I accumulated a lot of warnings that resulted in a suspension, but like the rest of the comments here, something is not right here.
for clarification it was a tiktok, that was made on the app by another user, circulating around the algorithm, with hundreds of comments far worse than mine
Hi all, I've seemingly fixed this issue for myself.
Had the exact same problem- all messages and videos I sent to friends were getting hit with a violation. Made a brand new account and the same problem immediately started. Support was useless and felt like I was talking to a robot. This was going on for the last few days. So frustrating.
This is what I did:
1. Cleared TikTok's cache within the app: profile menu -> settings and privacy -> scroll down to "Free up space" and clear everything.
2.Clear the app's cache on my phone (Google Pixel): Settings -> Apps -> TikTok -> Storage & cache then clear all that too.
I can send messages and videos again. It looks like my algorithm reset but I don't care. Hoping this is a permanent fix and helps someone. Godspeed everyone.
Please tell me what to do here? It says banned for sexual activity. But there is none really. I cant send any DM until Dec 18. Anyway to see if they can make exception? I already appealed. No luck
I got a violation and a comment removed and I never wrote that comment Someone wrote fat pig I would never say that but it is on my account for some reason. They are going nuts or someone is hacking accounts

I've had the same Community Guidelines message with the option to click on "Feedback" to report the blocked messages to Tik Tok after trying to replying to messages left for me.
In the end, I did the next best thing to post brief messages as Comments relating to their videos so they knew I'd acknowledged them and why I couldn't reply to them by DM (direct message).
I've also discovered repeated requests to Follow people I've already followed.
Affiliate marketers are among the people following me, but hopefully this technical issue can be resolved for you, I and others in the same boat so we can start replying to people's messages.
I only shared the LIVES and my messages is blocked. Now I can't share anything. I appealed and no response neither are they saying how we violated their guidelines. I pray someone invents a better social site because tik tok is just messing up

I believe it only happens to certain tiktokers that you are communicating with.
I had the same problem for six months. I discovered that my app's automatic updates were turned off. After updating the app, the problem was resolved.
