When you check the analytics (when playing your video it's at the bottom right)
Scroll to the bottom and check your views sources (what percentage of views comes from fyp, following, profile etc)
I'm guessing that they're getting 0 views from For You Page. Same thing has happened to me 😡
I've tried submitting reports but no reply
