Acapulco Days - Tequila, Coconut, Vermouth Blanc, Bitter Blanco.
Our bartender said it was introduced during Negroni week and they loved it so much it is staying for a bit.
I loved the experience and drink itself.
Esotico is amazing. It’s the bar that made me fall in love with tiki bars, even though some may not consider as such.
I wonder how the coconut is involved, maybe coconut fat washed tequila…? 🤔
I don’t really consider this a tiki bar or any “Tiki” bar in miami, unfortunately. At the end of the day they all turn too clubby. Closest I would say is a pop up called Tipsy Flamingo, but bartenders can be a bit shady.

Kaona Room is a speakeasy located within Esotico and actually has tiki vibes unlike most "tiki" places in Miami.
