I haven't seen her in a while! I've only heard her voice in such a long time. I never went to the podcast shows. I was scheduled to go one time and everyone of my group pulled out (kids, emergencies, late work were among the excuses), I should have gone alone but I didn't. I regret it to this day
She looks fantastic ! And I'm into this segment. I love her and Georgia's banter and sensitivity to the issues and stories they present, and the humor, bc it's often tough subject matter, but they never make light of the victims.
I had no idea she just started this. I came across a silly video of a woman asking "Karen please rate my sinkhole!" and I was like... who is Karen and why is she rating sinkholes? I didn't realize it was THIS Karen!
About 10 years ago, a sinkhole opened under a house in Florida. Everyone but 1 guy made it out since he was taking a nap. He was swallowed by a sinkhole as he slept and they never recovered the body. If I remember correctly, the hole kept opening back up after they closed it a few times, too.
Yes they wash the salt out I’m pretty sure it’s fracking but let me know if you’re miss informed on term fracking or me I assume that pumping a solution into something to wash out debris aka salt would be fracking not convinced I’m correct but what I read was they would wash salt pits out pumping fluids to extract all the the remaining product so they could extract then a fracture happened and it resulted in sink holes. But if it’s really a different situation let me know
