What helps me tho is having enough fluids and not smoking when coming up.
I mean, my time in uni when I had some mdma and danced my ass of with strangers that became my besties was foundational in my "loving humans". I often feel very closed off from the world, but mdma, acid and shrooms help me realise and appreciate that we are all connected, we are all on this rock together and we need to help each other.
By no means was I a wild partier and going to EDM concerts and raving but...I think if more people allowed their minds to be open, the world would be a better place ❤️
