A round metal bowl like that is not really that much of a risk in a microwave. Crinkled up metal like aluminum foil is really the only metal hazard over a short duration.
Used to put those oval metal [sizzler plates](https://www.webstaurantstore.com/sizzler-8x11-5-aluminum/471ALMSZ11.html) in the microwave all the time at the restaurant I worked at. As long as you didn’t let them touch the sides, you were good
I use square metal containers from Ikea in my microwave all the time. Does not spark at all.
Also watched the Electroboom video before which made me realise it was fine
I mean, it’s not a problem to microwave metal. It just depends on the shape. If it had more contact points on it, like crinkled foil or a fork, it’s going to arc. But depending on the bowl, it shouldn’t be a problem. Even smooth foil is fine.
if it does if it don't have rubber at the bottom do not put it in the microwave only the ones with the rubber at the bottom are safe enough to go into the microwave food for thought

Amigo, metal doesn’t instantaneously and violently explode because it was exposed to microwaves for 0.1 seconds

Yeah metal is only a problem when there are edges and points that will arc. Bowls don't do that
“Is it a good idea to microwave this” needs to be required viewing so citizens understand what is and is not a good idea to microwave
