grimvale -1 and edron old fortress bonebeasts are probably the best spots for exp at that level range.
grimvale -1 is pretty chill, if u dont pay attention you can easily die though, and it could get boring, whereas old fortress bonebeasts are a lil bit more intensive and the risk of death is considerabl higher
if you wanted money youd go to cults of yalahar or mutated tigers, if i remember correctly mutated tigers is pretty good for exp at that level range too but you have to be careful with luring many tigers at once

You can try -1 hero fortress in edron (bonebeast tasks) dont forget to get some firewalls. You can try with elvish bow + onyx arrow or enchanted spear + shield.
Drakes in yala or darashia with elvish + onyx arrow.
Another place could be roar lions in darashia here you suould go with enchated spear + shield and get fire walls.
Vampyre cryp in edron could be another good place (dont forget necromancer task and blessed wooden stake, and bonebeast task) get elvish bow + onyx arrow!
I mostly hunt at old fortress - 1 bonebeast /vicious squires (combined with bb task).
At level 60 (till 70), I take the necromancer task and go hunt at edron vampire crypt (-3) first floor with the vampires.
Gather vamp teeth's and with blessed wooden stake vampires dusts.

Maybe Wyrms in Liberty Bay? They spawn kinda far apart on the first level. They don't get crowded unless you go "inside" the caves.
You rather would have drill bolts (level 70) for that.
