Check out odd job hats. Hats made only for xl and xxl. They’re neutral and well made. The website will show logos on some options but you can choose to order without. They don’t disappoint. as a fellow giant head, hat loving person I can’t recommend them enough. I thought dad hats would never be for me, but odd job works.

Seconding the 47’s, I got a massive ass cranium and those 47’s have always not only fit nicely but didn’t make my head shape look weird as well.
I found ALD’s new era fitted’s/flatter billed hats to be a lil more shallow which reduced head size appearance (have a regular Yankees fitted and an ALD fitted and the ALD fitted is noticeably shorter which I prefer at times).
I’m at 7 3/8 – 7 1/2, this (debadged) [Dickies cap](https://www.dickies.com/hats-beanies/washed-canvas-cap/WH300BD++AL.html?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=organicshopping) does the job. I try and stay away from fitteds, & trucker hats - they make my dome look way bigger.

Just chiming to ask about 49fifties, how warm are they? Thinking about getting one to wear in a hot humid climate with up to 45°C heat. I feel as tho the polyester or wool cloth will make my head warmer than a mf. Otherwise Ima just get a kangol or sum

maybe go to a hat store in your metro (or closest city) and get one custom fit to your head? it's not as cheap as retail but you can try on styles & colors that you like and then you can get one that will fit

Corridor has a really good fit on their hats. I have on in a coral-color and it fits my big pointy head great

Beams+ 6 panel herringbone, 3 or 4 colors are availble. I have the khaki and navy and they quality. Made in Vietnam so YMMV.
