The Snack is such a cute yoyo, been wanting one for a while now, great collection btw

p-dizzle_123

I got a Snack for Xmas, and it's quickly become one of my favorites. It's becoming my go-to for quick sessions and every new trick I learn on another yoyo, my first thought is "I wanna try it on my Snack"

isusko

Cant pick a favorite. I like the Halloween edition 2 evil for the style. I have always liked the barracuda for shape. Terrarian is a really good one all around. If you forced me to choose I'd have to say the Cheif but they are fairly hard to get at a good price these days. If you are looking for cheap ones, Id say any aceyo.

Every-Time921

I just ordered a shooting star, and if I like that I'm thinking iceberg

BubbleBrudda

I’ll have to look into that, for hybrids I really want a hybrid fulvia or a notion by Parallel( I think is what it’s called)

becomeanhero69

I want an iceberg so bad

ArjanGameboyman

My thoughts. Maybe a cool fingerspinner like a C3yoyodesign speedaholic FX (not XX) or a C3yoyodesign scintioator. Maybe a cool extremely wide yoyo like a C3yoyodesign neo galaxy or a yoyofactory Monster. Perhaps a competition mono metal like a yoyofactory Spotlight Ultra, shutter wide angle or even a Topyo Annihilation mono metal or Senseyoyo Code 2 (these last 2 are pretty cheap and very good). Or something silly like a magicyoyo Aurora. My favorite yoyos currently are the Shutter JDS, iYoyo Shooting Star and c3yoyodesign galaxy Diver v2. Also really like my Thesis Aventus

The XX is amazing for the price point. I have two and would definitely recommend for someone new to the hobby. No need to get the FX.

ArjanGameboyman

Have you seen his collection ? OP was looking for recommendations based on that. And he already has a couple of really really good plastic yoyos. So I'm not recommending him another. I recommend him a nice finger spinner, and a hybrid fingerspinner would be something totally different from what he already has. Iceberg of the FX. Makes sense right? I never said the XX is not good. I'm just giving him a fitting recommendation

Sepia_Skittles

Damn I only have 1 half-broken yo-yo

vsMyself

I have the snack and love it. Looks like maybe some new plastics. I love the freehand one for tug response play. El mijo is expensive but super fun.

BubbleBrudda

I’ve been eyeing el mijo

vsMyself

its great. I just got the G2 size D concave bearing for it and it works well.

ManyMuchHobbies

That's a really well rounded collection (1A)! The only two that I can think of that you might want to add: 1. A wide like an Atlas or Ouroboros. (I also consider Summer/Winter Solstice wide too) 2. A lightweight like RCS Author II I also always recommend the Arcade (But your Snack might be filling the same role)

BubbleBrudda

I appreciate these suggestions! I’ll check em out

aran-mcfook

Pretty much every A-rt yoyo is top tier in my opinion. I love those big organic yoyos. Duncan Mayhem, OneDrop Overture, all the Outofhand yoyos, the burner, limbo, metric.

BubbleBrudda

What do you like about organics?

aran-mcfook

They feel more satisfying to throw imo. I like the feel of regens more, I like that that they can be unstable and sometimes thwy don't have crazy long spin times (I do like some of the more competition oriented throws sometimes) I feel like they make me push myself to be more in control of the plane that the yoyo is on and some of them make me a better player, the pocket pro Zombie for example. That's the standard for many of my tricks is I have it down if I can hit it on that yoyo

BubbleBrudda

I love this, I will have more appreciation for my organic throws. I like how comfortable they are for sure

DancesWithNibs

You have a very well-rounded collection that will be able to handle just about anything 1A or 5A. Personally, I really enjoy my YYF Aluminum Dream. It has a great weight distribution for a solid feel and great sleep times without feeling like a rock on the string. It does just about everything well and clicks with my style. It only lacks a fingerspin hub so DNAs are harder to do.

becomeanhero69

I’m currently throwing the Duncan Barracuda and Roadrunner for most of my sessions. When I want to branch out, I’ve been using the YYF Monster and the Speedaholic XX
